Politicians and the media and you left out the most important one, our law enforcement leaders. Without the confidence and support of our Command Staffs, you will not survive if you are proactive. Too many of our Leo leaders today are politically correct and arent willing to defend our actions. A lot of what we do isnt pretty, and does not neatly fit into a policy statement. Many of our disciplinary decisions today are inconsistent. Other factors such as how a situation looks, responding to activists, media coverage, satisfying the mob, are all of greater importance in deciding your fate. Getting fired for a off duty facebook post without caring about context or intent, is yet another example of a overreaction to political correctness re.

Do you know anything about teachers? And how they are supposed to act off duty? Same teachers who Bob wants to give guns to. So let's say your kid is black and whitey teacher shows up with some juking jiving black dudes in a racially profiling way on her facebook page. Who you gonna make up a fake stop for then, wise guy?

Wow, that had to hurt your head to come up with that! Where do you suppose those black stereotypes come from? Have you watched a black comedy sit com on TV? Have you ever visualized what the words of most rap songs would look like? Black on Black crime is out of control, with the leading cause of black deaths being attributed to other blacks, and you visualize whitey teacher shooting your kid, You would be more statistically correct, if you visualized this black kid being killed in his on neighborhood by another black kid. Crickets!!!!!

Two mass shootings in two days. Hundreds of officers bravely running towards the gunfire. Yet, we fire them for their off duty opinions and jokes they post online. In the great scheme of things, political correctness is far more dangerous to Leo"s than active shooters. Our police administrators have been co opted by these activists groups and they have failed to prioritize the scale of things that police officers do and just how long it takes to prepare a officer to be effective in these highest of priority situations. Throwing all of that away over a joke or a insensitive comment, that is both subjective and selective especially when it comes from activist groups. Our elected political leaders, and their divisive rhetoric of pitting one group against another for the sole purpose of votes, is far more responsible for the anger and hate that is consuming the weak minded among us.

Politicians are only interested in their own re-elections, by whatever and all means available. They are corrupt and care nothing about public safety and LEOs. The sooner all LEOs realize this and incorporate these facts into the way they perform their duties, the better for their career longevity.

He is no different than the rest of them. Because he is certainly not a LEO.
