What’s going on with South District GIU? The unit has a couple lazy people that can’t make an arrest unless the subject is known or caught by uniform. Those are the “Chosen Ones” who don’t do squat and are taken care of by the sergeants and lieutenant. Then, you have some detectives that get assigned cases, follow them up, develop leads and close cases. I wonder what an audit, of how many follow-up calls are actually made and supps written, would show? Maybe if the lieutenant wasn’t so worried about covering up the fact that he has a married couple working in the same unit or covering up the free security at Black Point (Wonder who’s getting a kickback for that?), he’d see that the stats suck. Maybe a former GIU Lieutenant that’s running the district now can straighten that unit out.

Sounded like Hammocks GIU for minute. There’s plenty people collecting dust there! How can so many people not have aspirations to move up or out. There are non deserving detectives who literally count on the Telegram App to have other cops close their cases. Just put PC messages out for everyone in Dade County, I’m sure someone will pick up your subject. Bunch of lazy self entitled people. Just remember most of you got hooked up, you didn’t deserve the spot and if you actually interviewed you weren’t Highly Qualified!!

Good riddance Lt. and Capt. Hopefully your replacement got some game and don't need to transfer attractive young ladies to try and hook up. You two have run this district to the ground. I hope you learned something and don't take that mentality to your new assignments. A suggestion to the new Captain, review the recent transfer lists and see how much sense they make to you, and that may explain the current morale in South. Good luck.
