I'm retired as well. But, during my career as a "jailer", which was 28 years, I think I wore that windbreaker maybe five or six times total. All of those occasions were when I worked transport and/or perimeter and the outside temperature was below 50 degrees. I don't see why someone needs to wear a jacket when it is 95 degrees outside. And the temperatures inside of the jail facilities is usually a comfortable room temperature. Then again, these are the same clowns that wear hooded sweatshirts when it is scorching hot outside.

Lt. Donovan was kicked out of staff inspections for poor hygiene. The powers that be, didn’t want him stinking up the PSB. Walk into Lt’s office when he is in there alone. You will detect the sickening smell of onion with a hint of fart, or as we call it at Conte, Donovan’s been here! Of course he knows, he is too self centered and doesn’t care if he offends anyone. Let’s see how long he cleans up for now? I say a week, before he starts smelling like a backed up sewage leak.
