They just need jobs, that is the solution. At 10pm if babies momma knows where her child is, all is good. Shame on you people for leaving your doors unlocked, or keys somewhere in the car. With unemployment under 4% there are plenty of jobs available. Practically every business large and small is hiring. Doesn't take much to go to Vo-Tech and learn a trade skill to make decent money, double or triple the minimum wage. But you have to want it, to earn it, and to have some self respect and initiative to make something of yourself.

Why would anyone ever want to do that when you can just let the ******* feed, house and support them? Why work when you can lay around in your disgusting project impregnating multiple disgusting hood rats all day?
