He absolutely lives in Charlotte County. His mother in law Carbone completed a quit claim deed in February 2019 for another property. She has given Leavens two separate parcels of 10 acres. One for the home he pulled an equity line from that he allowed to go into foreclosure, then a home built on a 10 acre parcel that was foreclosed on also. Now the new home “3rd home” on Carbones land. I’ll attach the proof shortly. Some information can’t be shared due to FDLE.

Quit Claim Deed completed February of 2019 from Carbone to Leavens family. Addresses according to Tax Collectors are recorded incorrectly. The parcels are in Charlotte County and taxes paid to Charlotte County. No such addresses exist in Lee County.

Attached is the Charlotte County Tax Collectors bill for the home and land Leavens lives on. Complaint was filed with both Charlotte County Tax Collector and Lee County Tax Collector.

Well that’s pretty damn clear him and his family pay taxes in Charlotte County. Not sure what that means, can he be a candidate living elsewhere? Won’t go over well with voters
