He absolutely lives in Charlotte County. His mother in law Carbone completed a quit claim deed in February 2019 for another property. She has given Leavens two separate parcels of 10 acres. One for the home he pulled an equity line from that he allowed to go into foreclosure, then a home built on a 10 acre parcel that was foreclosed on also. Now the new home “3rd home” on Carbones land. I’ll attach the proof shortly. Some information can’t be shared due to FDLE.

Quit Claim Deed completed February of 2019 from Carbone to Leavens family. Addresses according to Tax Collectors are recorded incorrectly. The parcels are in Charlotte County and taxes paid to Charlotte County. No such addresses exist in Lee County.

What a sham. James Whitey Leavens hasn't lived in Lee County since 1987. He hasn't voted in Lee County and he hasn't paid taxes in Lee County. He was a once golden child under the white is right sheriff's administration FOUR sheriff's ago!! He rose to the rank of captain and, although he served as Mike Scott's hatchet man in Internal Affairs, he could never actually obtain the REAL rank of major after Sheriff Scott received much push back over Leaven's well known and storied past of racism, homophobic views, and backstabbing lying ways.

Just the fact his camp has expressed concerns he hasn't been able to garner enough signatures to qualify on the ballot or his gaffs in attending several of his feed me forums at prominent white extremist leaders says it all,

You do realize it’s public record until you block it. Read the statute again, type in Charlotte County Tax Collector, Real Property Search, Leavens James. Boom there it is, also Lee County Supervisory of Elections, all documents are public on website. Block it if you don’t want people to know. More to come, fraud
