Contract
Many departments led by either IUPA or FOP have been getting 5%-5%-5%. There is no reason we can’t do the same. But we need to push PBA. These guys aren’t real fighters and they don’t really try. They have a reputation of just taking what is given by the administration. We need to stay on top of this. After all it affects us.

Negotiations coming up. Make your voices heard. We want 5/5/5. Let the CM and Mayor know we are not happy.

Negotiations
So the one major thing we asked for was t mentioned to the the city. Why didnt they discuss the insurance??? 3/3/3 sucks...is the PBA even fighting for us? Are our reps telling them what we want??? Somethings fishy. Does the City no how bad moral is around here? It's all talk and no action.

Reps are a joke
One rep is a moron and the other is absent from everything the PBA didn’t mention anything at all at the first meeting nothing that was discussed. The APD which was once one of the finest agencies in this state has turned into a big huge joke. There is no leadership, more disgruntle employees than ever, sergeants that could care less and and entire staff that just looks utterly miserable. This Dept has turned into a joke.
