    Eric Gardner committed suicide!

So let’s review. Gardner took his own life. He did so by living a very poor life of bad eating and personal choices. He was morbidly obese and suffered from heart disease. A fact the ME and the media know but don’t have the guts to mention if not asked. Then he made a choice to sell cigarettes illegally. It doesn’t matter what law he was breaking, only that he CHOSE to commit a crime. One he had already been arrested for in the past. Then when he was lawfully detained by the police, he again CHOSE to resist them. That resulted in a physical altercation rather than just simply being handcuffed and then being handed a summons to come to court where he would have likely been slapped on the wrist. Instead, he chose to kill himself! As the story goes, he was already amped up from breaking up an altercation on the street just prior to the cops stopping him. His poor, fat heart was already in distress. Then he CHOSE to resist several officer, for no other reason than he thought he was above the law or that it just doesn’t apply to him. Once he escalated the situation to a physical confrontation and the fact that he was far larger than any of the officers on scene, he needed to be taken to the ground. In doing so, this officer did grab him around the upper body and neck. But if you watch the video, he only has his arm near Gardner’s neck for 14 SECONDS. That is nowhere near long enough to kill someone. It didn’t even make him pass out. When he caused all the officers to climb on top of his fat ass to hold him down, he wasn’t able to take a breath. Still not enough to kill him. What killed him was over exertion to the point where his poor fatty abused heart just could not keep up. His heart failed. He did not need to die! Neither did Michael Brown, Freddy Gray, Felindo Castille, or any of the other so called black men killed by police. Each one of the decided and sealed their own fate by resisting the police. Mr. Obama sent his Justice Department down and once again, they would not indict! Black moms and black dad’s. Parents of all colors!!! Teach your youngins to be respectful and to comply with the police. If you truly love them, go meet your local cops. Teach your kids to understand the job they have to do and how dangerous it can be. Show them that the police are human with kids of there own. Teach them how to speak with respect and not act like shitbag thugs. Teach them to roll down their windows and keep their hands in sight on a traffic stop. Teach them to listen and if you are going to tell them to assert their rights, make sure you know what you are talking about. If you love them and don’t want them to die, then do this. If the cops are outside the lines, then by all means go complain. Comply and complain. If your rights are violated, sue the crap out if the cops! But just stop telling your kids to run, resist, talk shit, fight, and shoot. That is why they die!!

All that being said, truth be told, Eric Garner cause of death was from an asthma attack.

And any first year medical student knows that if you are talking, you are breathing. Case closed.

You are correct. The CPR class we're required to take you learn that if a victim is coughing, they're breathing and the heimlich is not necessary.

Also, hold your breath completely and attempt to speak. It can not be done.

So according to all those idiots, he couldn't breath 11 times? Maybe if he shut his giant yapper and complied he'd be here today working with Benjamin Crump collecting a fat settlement. What they forget to report is his big "healthy" daughter dropped dead of a heart attack like 2 years ago. I think NYPD did that too but not through using excessive force just regular force.
