I would definitely say that deputies are being targeted. It seems Sheriff Django is trying to be the politically correct Sheriff and is pandering to his cop hating community.

The dangerous thing about this entire mess is that a deputy might hesitate in defending his/her own life and might pay the ultimate price. God help us all.

Cops anywhere in this country are being targeted. All these Vietnam era liberals have realized that demonizing the war vets didn't work, so now they attack the local vets (law enforcement). The media is just a magnifying glass on that minority.

no one should be surprised. take a look at broward.san Francisco with hotter weather and palm trees. look at the county commissioners. a totally sad bastion of liberalism. and the school board. do those women ever wash their hair>???. and last but certainly not least, the sunsentinel, openly anti bso, anti straight anti Christian.don't expect any help from these entities. and the command staff will stand idly by as long as their power is in play.sort of out there on an island surrounded by huge waves.just praying for all those who come to work everyday and do their job (not their side job)and return home safely.

This dijango sheriff would not pass the background check, polygraph, or psych, for any police agency after Coral Springs let him resign for lying on his application and covered up arrest history!
