Well I hate to say it but on the next exam only a handful ✋of promotions will be made.
You mean no more 50-100 people getting promoted from a promotional list? Nope

If your not part of the family and friends scam it will be very difficult for you to make it to the top 5-10 position on the list.

How does the scam works?
Step 1 City hires an outside exam agency to give the test.
Step 2 The agency will ask for several subject matter experts for their input.
Who are the subject matter experts and who picks them.?
That’s the easy part.
Step 3 The Chief will decide who will be the subject matter experts.
Step 4 After the exam agency prepares the test they will have the Chief of Police (or his staff designee), the subject matter experts and a representative from the union to review the exam.
Review what you mean review? To look and record the exam.
But of course they all sign a non disclosure form of privacy that they can’t say anything. We can’t have any cheating going on here 🤣.
That’s my friend is how it works. Now keep it a secret and don’t tell anyone you don’t want anyone trying to sleep with someone to get the answers. That would be Step 5 and 6.

Nothing new , they all know that, we even told in the last Sgt test to the representative of the company that the people taking the oral part on the second and third day were getting the scenarios from the people on the first day and it was totally unfair to the people on the first day , he said that they knew but nothing he could do ,he will bring it up . We brought up that people with less than two years were taking the test , they said that they knew it but could not do anything , only in the city of Miami, do your time and as soon as you are eligible leave this place .

What do you think the 1994 Sgt lawsuit was all about , people retired and die already and nothing was done . Don't you find too much of a coincidence that every retired Sgt or staff had made their sons or daughters a Sgt now they made sure to have their kids promoted before they left , only in Miami, my advise just do your time and don't look back

Go over the test and see that she has the correct answers so as, MAYBE this time around she could score in the top 5. Of course 1 opening is coming about, so the other 4 will get staff ranks or have them famous I.A. complaints that will make them no longer eligible, till the investigation is completed.. You absolutely correct! If you want to take the time and investigate past exams let me know. Maybe the Feds or State ATTORNEY’s should be involved in this corrupted investigation. Always follow the money
