Carmine must have some serious crap on some people. It’s amazing how people will so easily compromise their morals and ethics because it benefits them. Bigger issue, CARMINE LIED! about his experience and qualifications. He is the definition of a fraud. People see the public information office’s created persona and they continue to post a jaded and one sided viewed of a fraud. And everyone who thinks Teri and the others who were FIRED was a good thing (because no civilian needs to be paid that much money) well don’t be surprised when you yourself have dedicated years of service to LCSO and youre cut free too, cause this just proves no one is exempt from the hatchet.

Where’s the lie, it showed clearly on that report that he wrote Part Time and Seasonal, plus worked over 20 weeks full time. Basically the EOT felt it was sufficient and allowed him to take the test. Regardless none of it matters, read the comments that are not ex employees or disgruntles. FDLE confirmed to NBC, Carmine D. Marceno is and has been a certified law enforcement officer with the State of Florida since 2003. Case closed by all that investigated it.

Further, Suffolk Park Police indicates on the employment status as being Part Time Seasonal Work. Carmine Marceno fails to answer the question on his Lee County Sheriff Office application as to the position at Suffolk Park Police being Full Time or Part Time. However, he does answer the other employment status as it relates to this question. He was part time at Suffolk Park Police which is established by the hours worked prior to receiving the EOT Form 76 and also by the classification of his position by the agency (Suffolk Park Police) as being Part Time Seasonal.

The FDLE 76 Form is used to continue on to the Comparative Compliance Class. He was not eligible to do so. Further when he took the 3rd test for certification in the State of Florida he had exceeded the one year rule of completion. In fact, this was the reason Naples PD terminated him.

It does not take much of an investigation to show the facts concerning this issue.
