Yeah, so when we come clean up the very mess you spent you whole life getting yourself into because of self destructive habits, poor decisions, and the lack of common sense, they can play back the footage to criticize every little thing we did. Maybe use it as media fodder for fun stories. All while sitting there at a desk with all the time in the world to judge our actions without knowing what its like to deal with the learned helplessness and high emotions of demanding irrational people that do not respond to kindness while making split second decisions. People that respond to whatever abused behavior they are used to from being raised incorrectly. We are tasked with maintaining control and must do so by being the alpha and not relinquish control of a scene. These actions hurts the feelings of our social media liberal butterflies. That is... Until a crime happens against them and the demand no mercy be given to any suspect. This will get old soon and cops will eventually act out in mass quantities. Who knows when, but if they keep using us as scapegoats and sacrificial lambs, I see country police wide walk outs and so on. Then what will these helpless liberals do then?

Troops need to be led by example, by competent decisive leaders who care about troop welfare and morale. You need to contribute to the personal and professional development of your troop not just say shut the f*** and quit if you don’t like it.

If you haven’t done anything to make those beneath you better you have failed. If you think ruling by fear or intimidation is effective, you are delusional. Most will respect the rank but they won’t respect the man.

But you are probably too small in character or personal values to care about not earning the respect of your troop as a man, as a true leader, you are probably content with that vain comfort those stripes and bars provide you.
