A two year investigation with clear indisputable video evidence on who was at fault. Wow! Imagine if they didn’t have the video. 4-5 years to conclude the investigation and finding Mr bueno guilty for causing the accident. I know of 2-3 accident that they blame and ticketed the poor motorists who was not at fault. I’m still haunted by staying quiet and not crossing the thin blue line code of silence
