    Class B uniform

There's nothing like wearing that class B polyester with this summer heat. Then they ask us why we don't wear our vests. Class B is outdated for modern day police work /weather.

These rookies forget that they work for the police department, not the other way around. It’s obvious that their upbringing and lack of military experience has created this level of entitlement only second to a crying baby. If they can’t take a little heat in the summer, do you actually expect them to want to confront an aggressive obstacle. It’s no wonder why you hear crickets when the dispatcher QSMs a unit for a violent call. P$@&ies.

The ground beneath you is shifting, and either you get sucked in by holding on to old ways, or you take a giant step forward by taking some risks and seeing what happens.

I don't see the correlation between heat exhaustion /heat stroke and cowardice and entitlement. You're the same type of idiot that would go into a house fire without the proper equipment and get cancer two years down the line. We should be striving to improving the quality of work and we do that by looking at ways to improve our training, equipment, and UNIFORM.
