The solution is super simple. Get taken over by the County. MGPD is totally incompetent and so are the politicians. Joke of the county.

The problem goes way beyond this department. The rise in violent crime involves several factors: gentrification from other cities that push the bad elements our way, society and its nonexistent respect for the lives of others, and just the state of policing in general. Let's face it: politicians in black communities don't want its police department being "tough on crime." It's racist. Being tough on crime is what prevents a rise of it in areas but the politicians see it differently. Of course our crime went up: we are predominately black! The county and city are not .. our 13% make up the 90% population in the prisons. Remember that. So of course we are going to be dealt a losing hand in the game of crime stats.

Ignore the critics, some of them wish they could be on Miami Gardens' streets fighting the good fight.
In the interim, your Federal Partners are coming to the rescue!
"Twenty-two Individuals Facing Federal Charges following Violence Reduction Partnership Investigation into Gang Violence in Miami Gardens." Battling evildoers is never easy nor finite. It is an ongoing struggle.
"Fret not yourself because of evildoers; be not envious of wrongdoers! For they will soon fade like the grass and wither like the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act."
Psalm 37:1-10
