Google 2019-2020 Florida budget. Then select “appropriations 2019- The Florida Senate. Then scroll down to 6/24/2019 chapter no.2019-115. Once you open the bill, do a control-f search of Florida Highway Patrol. The 3 percent is listed along with the critical market pay with the new counties listed.
