Begging for all the facts to come out into the public square. What was the policy at the time? Was there a perimeter order given by a Superior Officer? Was there radio traffic that said people were down outside in a courtyard? What did Peterson say on the radio, anything to suggest, shooter was outside in a unknown location? Was there not one Supervisor taking charge of this situation, other than the one perimeter order? You people that know the facts or were there that day, need to start explaining what happened. Right now I hear a bunch of opinions and narratives being spun, which may or may not be true.

Whoever rewound the surveillance video and narrated something that happened 20 minutes prior as if it was live feed should be held accountable.
All those false calls from students saying "the shooter is in my classroom" or "my friends are physically fighting with the shooter" should also be held accountable.
It was a s#!t show.

There's nothing to worry about with regard to SP being prosecuted; and this will case will set a precedent. This case will change policy; one being the recognition that LE "cowardice" is not cowardice at all. Panic attacks are a medical condition. The signs and symptoms are as recognizable to a trained eye as choking. He exhibited many. A LE experiencing a panic attack requires immediate relief from a superior. Period. Just like no one should do transport alone, as we saw with P. Rein, the same applies to a building housing 3000 civilians. "Cowardice" is an immeasurable and dismissive explanation. Expect to hear this in court: After walking through the door of 1200, how would his effectiveness and obligation be measured? Where and how does bravery begin and end? If SP were truly the manipulative coward that some claim him to be, he could have very easily laid down and claimed chest pains. He didn't.

Per BSO policy at the time, Peterson clearly had the option to not enter the school. No where in BSO POLICY OR FLORIDA STATE STATUTE IS A POLICE OFFICER OR DEPUTY CLASIFIES AS A CAREGIVER. This case is a POS, it’s a bad arrest all day long and twice on Sunday, and Mike Satz is a POS.

Thank you for clearing Deputy Scot Peterson
“The responsibility for taking lives was that of an evil killer,’’ stated ex-Broward sheriff Scott Israel during his hearing on June 19, 2019.
I'm sure none of us agree with Peterson's actions, reactions, lack of action, inaction, we thank you for clearing Deputy Scot Peterson of these bogus charges.
FDLE and SAO Mike Satz, go ahead and drop all your bullshit charges.

Mike Satz is corrupt so you can’t rely on him to obey the law. He quit doing that years ago.
The arrest of Peterson was illegal, and was a huge embarrassment for the Broward Sheriffs Office, which under extremely poor leadership, willingly and enthusiastically violated a Deputy’s civil rights.
