Due process? The accuser? You're an idiot. Thank God you're not a Republican anymore. We don't like dummies in our party. You'll fit right in with the libtards. I'll make this easy and brief for you, dum-dum. Scott Israel is an appellant. He is the litigant making an appeal in court.

The Governor’s Office failed to produce any documents that supported their case for Israel’s removal. All the claims in the removal order were refuted by Israel’s witnesses. ALL of Israel’s witnesses testified with little or no cross examination. This only confirms that they have no actual case against Israel and at the same time they know it’s bought and paid for and in the bag.
The Governor did have a witness, a star witness, the witness that buried the elected Broward County Sheriff.....his name was Mr. Israel. He did not do himself any favors. I can't believe someone who has been in law enforcement for 40 years testifies like a rookie. Testifying 101, the guy throwing softball questions is your attorney. The questions are easy and designed to make you look good. Instead this idiot argues with his own attorney while on the stand. What an Amazing Leader.....not!!! Only in his own mind.

He didn't need any witnesses because he has all the Senate votes he needs in the bag. All the R's and even some D's from this area will vote in DeSantis's favor. Nothing that happened at the hearing will change that.

    Out to lunch

Hownout to lunch are the Israel chumps. The governor does not need one witness. The decision has already been made. What’s Mumbles going to do, appeal the decision? There is no avenue after this. Israel is toast. Move in Israelites.

Whether you love, hate, or are neutral on the abilities of Scott Israel his suspension was nothing more that politics.

Looking back on the MSDHS shooting, the timeline clearly shows that there was nothing that the Sheriff's Office could have done, on the day of the actual shooting to stop it. Cruz had been shooting up the first floor of the building for almost a minute before Peterson even knew it was happening. He finished shooting the last person on the first floor when Peterson arrives at the building. Over half the dead and wounded had already been accounted for. However, school personnel knew that Cruz was on campus two minutes before that and none of them had notified the office. If they had, Peterson would have been notified at least 90 seconds before the shooting started. And, a Red Alert would, or should, have been issued, which would have kept the students inside the classrooms and not in the hallways, when the fire alarm went off, which probably have saved lives on the third floor. Whether anyone would have been saved, by Peterson's immediate entry into Bldg 12, is speculation. The followup response was fouled up, but, again, this had no bearing on the outcome of the initial shooting incident. The fact is that the entity which was directly responsible for the security of the school, the Broward County School Board, failed to secure the campus. And, this has been largely ignored by the powers-that-be. And, the counsel for the governor tries to convince people that if the Sheriff's Office had taken some kind of unspecified action in the two years leading up to the shooting the shooting would never have happened.

The shooting incident at the FLHIA was another situation in which the Sheriff's Office did not fail, in any way, to prevent the shooting from happening. The airline gave a firearm and ammunition to a passenger, inside the terminal. It did not notify the Sheriff's Office. Nor did it turn the weapon over to a deputy or had a deputy witness it being turned over to the passenger either outside the terminal or to be escorted from the terminal. The Sheriff's Office did not know that there was a firearm and ammunition in the terminal, or that a shooting had occurred, until after the shooting was over. The post-arrest response was fouled up, but, again, it did not have any bearing on the outcome of the initial shooting incident. It was included in the "reasons" for Israel's suspension to attempt to show egregious incompetence on the part of the Sheriff.

Historically, no Sheriff in Florida has been suspended unless under arrest or indictment, until now. There is a mechanism in place for removing an incompetent Sheriff and that is the recall petition. Yet, no recall petition was ever filed. Israel's suspension not only was a political plus for Republicans, and the Governor, but it provided cover to the School Board and Superintendent, Circuit Court Judges, the State Attorney and several other LEAs, including the FBI. Now, whether the Republican led Senate backs the Governor or the former Sheriff will depend, in large measure, on politics.

CRACK is whack!!!!!! The time you spent talking to yourself into a pretzel trying to frame a narrative that Scott is fit to be the sheriff and is not an incompetent fool, was sad. And a little pathetic after his testimony.
