I'm not fat, or a slug. I'm in shape and work as hard as possible to do my job to the best of my ability. The OP posted this topic for commentary and that's what I am doing: writing commentary. Like I said, the overabundance of self-absorbed selfies is out of hand. And showing photos of his mom's house and having a public profile are safety issues. And not to mention: standing in the middle of the road or being at a stop and taking pictures of himself. As a fellow officer (if you really are one), you know how dangerous these actions can be in today's anti-police climate. I am not playing mom or dad, but I only hope that with age and experience, he one day gets it.

That guy needs to put the camera down. I'm all about social media and posting the occasional selfie, but he takes it to another level! He's even dumb enough to take a pic in front of his mom's house (which I'm sure he's living at because he's driving a Corvette on MPD salary), which is a dead giveaway to criminals. Stop with the selfies and focus on doing your job! Sitting in the middle of the road to take a pic will make you a sitting duck in the day-and-age to anyone looking to target an LEO.

LMAO He actually does live with his parents. Most of these miami dade police academy hires all have their mommy and daddy show up and help them with the process. It's hilarious because some people defend him and say he needs the extra money because the department is the lowest paid lol lol!! He can't make his corvette payments while living with his parents? Hey to all those that defend the mama's boy STFU and get the air pods out your ears . We already have enough officers that won't show up and back you right now. Supervisors have their favourites and look the other way!

You have officers giving people business cards for their side businesses while on calls, you have officers (guys and girls) picking up side pumps on calls/duty and you are worried about this guy having his own side hustle. I don’t think anyone here is hating on his “side hustle”. The issue here is, he uses the agency to acquire these things, post hundreds of pictures in uniform and submits them for recognition, IA has been informed of him and they looked the other way. He is an embarrassment to the badge and he agency.

It's most likely a new person like him that is ratting him out! Other Officers with more time have better things to worry about then him. Look at the new ones hired from different agencies and the Miami dade academy. And especially that AO nightshift squad.

How about you p***ys stop worrying about what everyone else in your department does on their free time, and start worrying about handling your own business. It doesn’t matter what this guy does on the side. Does he handle his zone? When it hits the fan is he there? That is all that matters. You all are a bunch of snitch a** cops. You should be helping each other do your jobs and covering each others backs. You are quick to throw out names and quick to throw stones... but none of you will approach the person in question in person and have a one on one. If you have an issue with how a fellow officer handles his business, let him or her know. You all pretend to be worried about officer safety and this and that. But you find the time to come on a website and talk about it? I think it’s time for you all to have a squad outing and discuss this all Mano y Mano. But what do I know, I’m just a millennial.

If you are more worried about bang energy and his corvette rather than the anti police commission we have and the incompetent command we have then you got issues. Start applying to other departments where the community and command support the police you will be much happier.
