Funny you say that. I know you meant it as an insult, but a part of that is true. “Commies”. This agency is run like a communist party. We are all the same no matter how hard we work or what we do, it does not matter. We are just numbers. We have no say. Speaking up means punishment. No one listens to what we truly need. Money is wasted on nonsense. We give up and then rebel.
