So i was at City Hall friday, parked admidst a bunch of FD vehicles. On my way out, i noticed a big white Ford SUV with ghost markings like the traffic unit. So traffic cops want to blend to catch the lead foots.. what the hades does a Fire Rescue vehicle need the cool hide n seek markings? They gonna sneak up on fires or arsonists or what?

The city clerk is obligated by law to process the FOIL requests, so I fail to see what your beef is. There was a considerable fee charged and she paid every dollar requested. Lets see some of the reasons the taxes are going up, free money to the Y, a private entity, to fix there pool. $350K to fund a formerly disbanded traffic unit, even though all patrol units have radar. The Good Humor tactical truck what over 400K, when they could have gotten one for FREE. New SUV's for everyone, the list goes on and on . Your pissed because she wants accountability. Get over it. Wait to you get the bill for the new police station, wait, as they say an addition. We as taxpayers are being fleeced by are elected officials, just look at the millions given to the A's baseball stadium, not even in the city !!!!! It is commonly known the Gibson and Sheets both file multiple public records requests and structure them in such a manner (splitting them up) to where they very rarely pay anything. The requests do cost tax payers money.
