Bobby does not deserve a cushy supervisory position. He is currently were he should be. Besides he needs to learn how to be a Sergeant 1st. He is currently being trained and taking orders from the best Lieutenant in our agency Ramos. Ramos will straighten Bobby out.

Field Training for supervisors is non existent, they send them to a few leadership classes at the academy, which is staffed by current or former cops who in reality do not have the expertise or background to be instructing advanced classes , but they probably stayed at a holiday in express!

Units is basically down to two guys who do nothing on delta but sit in their office and drive around hitting in chicks. Are the finally going to do and the unit or what?

She can’t go to the bike unit, she’s to proactive the bike guys will be upset they have to actually work and can’t hang out eith their side chicks while on duty.
