Marceno can't produce his Florida Law Enforcement Certification. He shoud not be an official registered member of LEO affairs. Formal public information requests were made, no law enforcement agency could produce the documents. Not talking about him appointed as Sheriff, but the 12-14 years before he was Sheriff, he was never certified. He never went to an academy, he failed the Naples PD entrance exam twice and only served as part-time park ranger in New York.
