Police work has changed drastically in the last ten years , what was acceptable behavior is now unacceptable and will get you not only fired but arrested , is very easy to be a keyboard warrior and laugh after the fact , the reality is that just placing one finger on someone or a perceive wrong tone of voice will get you relief of duty .
