Who is going to replace Knight as Sheriff

So is KV going to resurrect his career, he certainly has at least the same qualifications as Knight, His buddy is the county administrator or is CM finally going to emerge from KV'S shadow and make his run with him campaign manager vc
maybe former ass chief MP will make his run, he has former commissioners to back him. Garrison has no name or tenure at this time but he does have cousin Lear to back him.

Because you are not a LEO and you don’t know who he is or his track record at CCSO.

Well wrong again, KV is long gone, these clowns were promoted after he left, this falls squarely on the inept leadership of the chief and CM and his golden boy ML and let us not forget Capt GA. I'm no KV fan but put the blame where it belongs. One nail in the chiefs coffin and CM is sitting back deflecting the blame, Have things really changed or gotten worse but covered up better. Two more lawsuits, one hundred grand apiece settlements without admonishments or consequences. Golden boyz strike again and the taxpayers will payout. Its the NPPD way......

Who cares who the next sheriff is going to be. It doesn't effect us. Go post on SSO's board. It's their future at stake not ours.

Signed, “Low T” guy below the age of 40, as if that’s even possible, so that I can legally get HGH.

wow, in what world does this not effect NPPD!!! Get a grip junior, the sheriff runs the county including NP. He can send his greenies in force, screw with us anytime he wants. He starts aggressively patrolling NP, answering calls etc why then will we and our 15 million plus budget be needed in full force.

The SSO does not have the manpower, money or resource to be able to "take over" NPPD. We can barely handle our own calls-for-service with a skeleton crew. To "take over" NPPD, we would have to abandon the rest of the county. That is not financially or logistically possible. It will never happen. The City of North Port is blessed to be incorporated and to have their own municipal police department. Enjoy it.
