Bohnenblust found Guilty
FYI, follow the rules and use your head. Don’t take action based on your emotions or what you think is the right thing to do. Common Sense goes a longggggggg way. Unfortunately a lot of us lack.

Simple mistake? Papo Lester has been Clueless since his PSA Times and always his way or the highway. He forgot that he worked for MPD that under Colina you have to walk on Egg shells. Unless you are a Mason or on the Family & Friends plan.
None applied to him,so he was made an example to create Fear, fear and conquer.
Let’s hope he gets probation.

When your fired, you lose the 1% fund. Only thing he has coming is what ever he paid each payday, for retirement. I remember a couple of guys from years ago when they started the pee-pee test failed and one was fired outright and got back close to 18K he paid in. The other a friend of old dumbazz, chief Johnson, got a pass and kept working here. Only to fail again, and was fired when Johnsons, replacement took over. Others whom, the department chooses, are allowed to retire and get a pension. Not sure if they got the 1%?

Let's not judge on anyone or kick the horse when is down , he did a few mistakes thru out his career but what is important now is to learn from his mistakes , first control your emotions ,police work has changed drastically ,things you could get away twenty years ago are a taboo now , second understand the present administration will not protect you like in the past ,you will be fired in the spot for the littlest things . Understand is not worth it , follow the DOs , answer your calls and that's it , if anyone ask you for anything just tell them that you can't , is not worth it with the GPS, body cameras the anti police feeling in society in general is like shooting fish in a bowl for IA to write you up , tried to survive and leave as soon as you can

Do what rookies and females do. 1 year on the road and then go hide up in investigations, front desk, property room, virtual policing, pio, records, backgrounds, training dept, IA etc. Why work the road? There are dinosaurs that have been on the road for years and now are dealing with cameras, gps, media, stricter rules, anti police groups and etc. We have to thank these patrol men and women who are first responders days in and out. They are the forefront and the boots on ground for this organization. These will encounter the worst in society at their worst and most crucial times in life. These men and women will face that one day active shooter. It won’t be the IA or burglary officer who’s most dangerous event could be a paper cut or thumb tack finger prick. Let’s thank Lester for those years on patrol where he served hundreds of crash victims, battered women, mentally ill and fellow officers. Keep your negative comments to yourself and pray for his wellbeing.
