Balloon Party
I hope the good Captain knows that some of the fellas around the country are putting urine, paint, shit and urine mixed together. In one city in California, the fellas had a homeless guy with AIDS pee into one of the balloons.

The Captain wasn’t the issue. It seemed like it was coming from a much higher place than that. MS has pissed me off more than once. He’s not perfect, but I’m not a fan of bashing someone like they don’t have the balls or brains to realize there could’ve been bodily fluids or chemicals in those balloons. It didn’t take him long to realize this wasn’t what was originally presented to him as innocent children with squirt guns. I’m hearing a lot of rumors that the lack of support was from the Mayor and Chief. I’m hoping that’s just a rumor.

Pretty soon we will have to serve cake and ice cream at the balloon party if the political correctness continues.

What’s the scoop?
Can you explain exactly what went down for those of us that don’t work in your district? Other than a short MDT message about using caution when being lured into a water balloon fight, most of us have no clue what’s going on. What captain is being referred to? Or just give us the CAD/report number(s) of the “un” arrest so we can look it up ourselves. Thanks!

Captain MS wasn’t the problem. Call was for people throwing water at cars. For those who don’t know D2 43rd st has a lot of traffic. 43rd and Deleuil is directly across 43rd from Silver Oaks Apartments. Both spots are problem areas. People clog the streets with block parties. This time it was a water gun/balloons/5 gallon buckets of water party. Pretty soon into it adults began blocking the road and pouring gallons of water on and into passing cars. This led to calls for service. The first call didn’t have that many people. The officer was able to get them to stop. They couldn’t stay because as you know patrol was short staffed and there were multiple calls for service. The second call officers met with 250 or so people. They threw water and unknown hard objects at the cars. One little angel ran out into the road and threw a bucket of water, and then the bucket at two officers. The officers arrested him and were surrounded by the crowd. They requested help and the Calvary responded. Some officers had less than lethal shotguns and pepper ball guns, but no force was used other than the initial kid being handcuffed. The crowd dispersed. Lt RP ordered the officers to let the kid go. The parents mf’d them in the parking lot as they left. The officers were so angry at the lack of support they went t7. Captain MS found out and was mad the kid was released. Direct file done after the fact. Mayor and chief saw Instagram pics that made it look like a bunch of cops with shotguns were against a bunch of children with squirt guns. Despite body cameras clearly showing otherwise, Mayor and Chief allegedly felt officers should’ve started playing with them and not been so dramatic about it.

Thanks for the explanation. Not surprised that RP is at the root of this as well as regularly flawed and biased decision making. Bidding away from that idiot is the best thing that any real cop can do. He’s nothing more than a habitual affirmative action promotion who has truly risen to his level of incompetence. Why do you think he’s tucked away and hidden in D-ZOO where he is heralded amongst the natives and called out for very time you T15 one of them.

Keep being proactive and making Dugan and castor look good. Or sit under a tree let crime rise and Dugan gone and hopefully castor a one term mayor.
