    It’s pretty simple, he is certified and met the requirements per FDLE. Witch hunt!!!

    Then show the documents. Pretty simple fix. Unless he cannot or never existed. Too many other agencies with the same problem. No documentation to prove otherwise.

    Especially since they are required by Statute for Agency possession and the least by the issuing authorities.

    No documentation in our line of work means it doesn't exist. So just provide it and put an end to it.

    The way I just read it was nobody has to be certified to be a Sheriff. He worked in Collier for years, who cares.

    It matters legally for any process he executed. It matters because they can't produce documentation. It matters on sworn applications, and it matters to the officers who busted their asses going through the process of training and passing the Exam.

    Since officially he couldn't pass, then officially he has to show he eventually did, which by record he hasn't and never did.


    We smell perjury, fraud, and a plethora of legal issues.

    State your claim in reference to non certified requirements for Sheriff in Florida.
