In fact, probably 75% of every deptuy with BSO doesn't want anything to do with police work, or BSO specifically. Here's the bottom line. Dave Benjamin has been released from prison after 5 years of probably a very unpleasant experience in the slammer, if you know what I mean. And poor russy boy, who Dave has great disdain for, with no criminal record, is allowed to collect his NYPD pension with full medical. And, was re-enstated into the FRS after the state legislature changed the law. While Dave the Felon has no pension, no voting rights, a daughter who is ashamed of her father, and a wife who changed back to her maiden name. Poor russy boy got the last laugh.

State legislation has NEVER been changed regarding terminated employees, where the termination was upheld and was directly related to corrupt activities. Too bad Russ, even though Israel brought you on board it was as a civilian (boot licker) with zero FRS benefits.
