    The best was when it was asked how long is the warranty for a $40000 roof and joe L said how long do you want it for? Everyone was clueless

    Wonder how much extra they charging for replacement of wood etc so many details. PS there is no difference between roofing Materials between residential or commercial other than tile and asphalt shingles. Maybe they will get hosed like the PBA did with their building scam and overages.

    Didn’t take long for Gestapo Joe to try and see how much the FOP building is worth. Next he will push to sell it and somehow he and the PBA will profit from it, bet you he already has a realtor in line.
