You are absolutely correct about that fat Lt. He has never even ran a shift for any extended amount of time. He couldn't handle NBB Charlie Shift. He whined to his buddy and they moved him to the Warehouse job. What a joke.

You are correct sir! He couldn’t even handle being a Sgt. at NBB. He hid and was always afraid of inmates. All his promotions, were reward, for selling the union members out! Now wait for his hero and mentor fat Tony, to come to his rescue! Hey Fat Tony, name 1 thing he did for anyone other than himself! Be specific Fat man!

Sheriff wake up that job Bulger has, was a payoff for a $5000 campaign contribution to Israel! Eliminate that job, it does not require a high level certified employee! A clerk could do that job, but a maintenance supervisor could do it efficiently at a much lower salary! Put the fat schmuck in the jail!

Anybody who's worked for BSO more than 10 minutes knows that's not how contract negotiations works. The union negotiates until they get the best offer that the sheriff is willing to give. The union then puts the proposed contract out for at least 10 days for all bargaining unit members review. Bargaining unit members then have the opportunity to vote on the proposed contract. If the majority of the bargaining unit members vote yes contract is accepted. If the majority of the bargaining unit members vote no the union has two options. Request a continuation of contract negotiations. If BSO refuses, the union will then take the proposal to impasse. A special Master would come in and make a decision after both side state their case. The losing side then has the opportunity to appeal it to the County Commissioners for final disposition. One of three things can happen. The County Commission can either leave the contract as is. Give more to the bargaining unit. Or give less to the bargaining unit. The commissioner's decision is final and binding. No one person decides whether the contract is accepted or rejected. So your statement above is complete bullsh**.
