Shiver has done what he does best. Turn viable businesses around and turns them into failures, chasing quality people away in the meantime.
Seems that employees hate Shiver and the females in particular find him repugnant. For those who know Shiver, it comes as no surprise. What he had on Stahl for Stahl to bring him aboard is unknown still but a horrible choice to say the least.
Other reps have complained about Shiver but most agree that Stahl does not have the backbone to get rid of Shiver. Instead of trying to salvage what can be salvaged, Stahl would rather have Shiver completely destroy the organization

Employees that find him repulsive. He has this level or self praising arrogance and says the most inappropriate things at the wrong times.
