Is this a training issue or a lazy deputy

Tell your guys to do their job / today squatters in an apt with a baby and your deputy did nothing! They had no key, broken window indicated forced entry (burglary) infant with little clothing and not even a call to HRS?????? A simple trespass warning is all. What are your people doing? This is disgraceful,i hope this is a training issue and not someone being lazy and not wanting to do their job.

Sounds like compassion. Unless you are the homeowner or, until the homeowner is contacted, the Deputy does not have the right to kick anyone out or trespass warm anyone. Either the deputy didn’t see a need to call CPS or he did call and you don’t know it.
