Rafky is bringing in all rookies because he thinks that the new rookies will not understand how much of an idiot he is. Homeland Security is now the new Headquarters GIU. We are told to take arrests from the districts to make the bureau look good. No one has made their own arrest in the bureau for years.

That is not true. There were detectives that investigated cases and made arrests, but Rafky transferred them out for whatever stupid reason he came up with.

BS everyone knows what Homeland was before. The command staff has gone little over board. But they have brought some good Detectives the ones that have left hadn’t seen an aform in years. Now when you call Homeland they actually come out before good luck they would come out for nothing.

Homeland is notified because they have to be notified. It was better when they didn't come out. Now if they do come out, they totally mess up the call and make it more difficult that necessary. I also agree that Rafky is a moron and Nunez is just retarded.

No they got rid of good investigators that would tell the truth and would not kiss Rafky's ass when he was wrong which is quite often. Rafky brought in the new rookie detectives because he figures that they are too new to see that he doesn't know what he is talking about. A few of the rookies already realize that they have made a mistake going to Homeland, but don't want to make it know that they want to leave because if that is the case Rafky will total discredit them and have them transferred to a district. That is Rafky's MO.

Very true, its like that everywhere in the department. Its not about your capability its about who you know or who you are related to. Thats why alot of people end up disgruntled.
