She actually got TWO appointments from Scott. Three appointments for ONE family by Rick Scott. Talk about corruption.

Remember the two PCSO deputies that were down getting a BS Stingray trap and trace order with SAO Groger and Groger was throwing a fit because he put his name in the hat for the opening bench seat but was told it was already going to be given to Gualteiri's wife. They rigged the merit selection process and screwed over the other 17 better qualified lawyers. Groger was saying how he was told to shut his mouth and if he did he would get the next one from Scott, which he did.

Yeah, she secured cell phone tower land leases for the last 8 years. That obviously did not make her a competent judge. The Appellate Court says she screwed up in three ways on just this ONE order. She should have recused herself when the Motion was filed before the hearing, should never have held anyone in contempt herself for anything that included "personal attacks" on the judge and had no right to find her in criminal contempt because she was not a party to the case and was never served the court order or subject to it. And ALL of that was argued by the woman's lawyer before and during the hearing.

Another Scott appointment based on politics and personal relationships rather than qualifications and merit. No different than when Scott appointed Bob as sheriff. And she just happens to be Bob's wife. Gee, what a crazy coincidence.
