All three colonels are undeserving garbage. Palmer isn't even jailer certified and it shows. At least big Wim went through the academy. Detention absolutely has educated and qualified staff that would make tremendous leaders. But because of their sex and color, they've been overlooked for decades.

only time you see command staff is during an aca audit. even the lt's stopped coming around. gone are the days when everyone on the floor knew the lt was making his/her rounds.and you actually talk to them and ask questions??as for mj staff, the shift starts at 7 and by 8a.m. the preoccupation is where/ who is picking up breakfast.same for lunch. a long line of staff at publix.there are a few who end up picking up the slack for all the extracurricular activities. yes the command and staff all have side projects going on. some conduct it within the facilities.yes there are staffing issues. but if ALL staff upped their work output it would be much less of a problem.
