Where can I actually read the CAD vs CMP policy?

CAD Counties ($416.65 a month)
Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe
Position must be assigned to one of these four counties, home address is not a factor
Critical Market Pay (CMP)
CMP ($416.65 a month)
Lee, Collier, Hillsborough, Orange, Pinellas, Marion, Duval, Escambia
Must live & work within Lee or Collier counties
Any CMP county that borders another CMP County is interchangeable
CMP (Monroe only $250.00 a month)
Monroe
Monroe is the only county that can receive both CAD & CMP, if living and working in Monroe county (requires a home and work address in Monroe county)

As of less than 2 week ago, there was not one single trooper (not including snd not sure about the ones that reported last week) that live in Baker County.
