Don't worry so much
There is an obvious solution to the problem you refer to and that's to put your faith behind the promotional process. There are some real good up and sucking people who will tank the place into oblivion. Think how much they will have to pay to keep people and the overtime will be readily available. Just try to keep your finances in order because it can all end instantly with one Level 5 write up. God help us all!!

Clearly no one here has ever worked for Hughey. I had My doubts, but he was surprisingly great to work for. Good with days off and staffing. Fair when it came to discipline for screw ups. And he knows a lot of people from his prior position, that his word holds merit and he can keep you out of trouble if you’re not a complete moron. But to each his own. No one here’s ever happy with anything anyways
