Well It sure looks like we can kiss any chance of a good contract goodbye under Sheriff Tony. It appears that we are in worse shape now than we were under Sheriff Israel. If we are offered 3.5 COLA with no increase in insurance in year one and openers in year two and three we should take the money and run!

Look, the undersheriff is obviously a boob. The guy has no idea how any of this works. He thinks he’s in the military because that’s his point of reference. He seems to have and done some research on some of the logistical stuff but that’s where it ends. He’s completely inexperienced in this reality and it shows.

Years of military training has given us exactly what we would expect. A brainwashed butthead who has no idea what he’s doing. Here comes the unfair labor practice drama, and lawsuits, and worse yet. an attack on the union President is an attack on all of us. These morons can’t even get the hint that morale sucks around here because there hasn’t been a decent raise in years. They are piloting a sinking ship and expediting it by suspending deputies who acted well within the use of force policy.

They don’t understand we have a corrupt state attorney in Broward who should have been arrested years ago for collaborating with Jenne on arresting deputies, for a crime a Jenne and his upper command staff committed by manipulating crime statistics. No Sheriff with any moral compass or backbone would ever follow anything Mike the criminal Satz does.
