When you promote an already panicky guy to a unit he’s never worked in before you double the panic. Now he feels like his voice has to be heard for the higher ups to believe he has control. But in reality, he has no control.

So let’s look at the BS logic of PCSO. Let’s take a guy who just made sergeant and that only took him like 30 years, no kidding. They put him into Marine because they can’t find the right fit. But then they take the corporal of that unit who has decades in the water and on DIVE and they want to run him out. That tells me everything I need to know about the logic of Bob and his minion suck asses. That sergeant should still be a toad sergeant so he can learn how to be a sergeant first. And the corporal they are sidelining should have been the sergeant. But that logic only works when Bob and the Ass Hats decide to. They did it in Narcotics and they booted all of those sergeants. They did it in CAP and CAC, booted those sergeants. Every time THEY make that decision it NEVER works. But they won’t make that decision when it makes sense. Bunch of howling baboons who don’t know a damn thing about making proper decisions at a Sheriff’s Office. All because Bob has the final day and that’s based on what the baboons bring him. George, Sean and Dan wouldn’t recognize competent law enforcement if it hit them on their stupid faces. Why is it that the only place where “experience” is taken into consideration is when hiring Ass Chiefs out of retirement?

“They” also ran that Cpl out of his house just as he entered Drop. That Cpl was a supporter of Rice when he ran against Bob. But Bob will tell you he harbors no ill will against those who would exercise their right to political opinion.
