FTA overa minor thing 2008. But that's not the big deal. The big deal is what Major Peake did after the mug shot was posted. He ordered ILP to dig up dirt on the family and SIU to spy on them to figure out a way to "arrest the woman and her entire family" because "nobody gets to talk shit about PSO and get away with it". Then they fired the deputy that refused to take part in the arrest of the woman and her family. That and LOTS more.

Now deputies that were fired or demoted or forced to resign for not wanting to do unethical things are coming out of the woodwork and a class action lawsuit is being put together.
