We all knew it was like this. Many of us were falsely brought to IA and either fired, resigned or felt pressured to retire based on lies. Then they kept us from getting hired by anyone. There’s already 100+ plaintiffs and it’s growing. If you’ve been dragged through IA falsely or have suffered intimidation, reach out to the attorney. One thing Nocco and his cronies shouldn’t have done, mess over really cops as we obtained evidence and proof and have been waiting for this day to come where we could actually present.

If anyone knows anyone who previously worked for the agency, or who currently works for the agency and have been bullied, retaliated against, demoted, etc... Please refer them to this article:
https://www.tampabay.com/news/public...says-20190424/
Have them contact the Attorneys office in the article. If you have information you can provide it to them as an informant. So many people were forced to retire, demoted, resigned, fired, terminated, arrested, transferred to other agencies. You may be safe today at your job, but tomorrow you could be gone.
Hopefully Leo Affairs Admin (Capt.) does not try to ban this posting. Ill use a proxy server and flood this page to ensure it reaches anyone who can benefit from it.

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
courthouse is this: You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt
Not Commit Adultery," and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of
lawyers, judges and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.

Going to their office is like going to inservice. You arrive and see one person leaving and then you see someone else arrive as you’re leaving. They had to bring in another attorney and two more paralegals to handle everything. They have a room full of boxes containing documents. If you’ve lied to get people in trouble or messed over people in other ways, you’re about to be added as a defendant. I hope it was all worth it and gave you self pride as it’s about to come back and bite you. Oh and we should’ve never trust our FOP “Rep” since he was/is friends with Harrington and thus absolutely didn’t represent us and gave us all horrible “advice”. Y’all crooked and we’ve had a lot of time to collect and maintain strong evidence, hoping for days like this.

Six more people went there Friday, a few more yesterday and word’s getting around many more are scheduled to meet them this week. Depositions will be very interesting to say the least. We fight as one! If people have anything they think might either help their situation or further add credence as to the many accusations, definitely call John McGuire’s office. They can even keep you listed as a confidential informant, which is highly reasonable based on one of the many accusations or retaliation.
