    Hepatitus C in Jail

TBT ran a story on Hep C in Florida prisons. It's in the jails, too. Who is in charge of healthcare at Bob's jail? A vendor? Or jail employees with no system of checks and balances? Or something else?

He has two inhouse doctors and a staff of nurses at the PCSI and jail. The two doctors are two of the top ten paid employees of the PCSO.

There are also reports of Bob knowing allowing trustees with HepC to work in food service. A little extra punishment for the inmates.

Bob could care less about the jail except for micromanaging promotions, disciplinary actions and budgeting. Other than that he is strictly hands off.
