    Director saves black PPOs job

PPO Ebony Nesbit has had a troubled past early on in her short career with MDPD. This poor example of an officer can't manage to stay out of trouble. In her personal life, she associates with Haitian gang members. Her latest troubles stem from an incident in NMB, where their police department was investigating a homicide. Their investigation led them to her subject boyfriend's house, where she was present. Officer Nesbit was belligerent, impeding and disrespectful toward the NMB officers. To top it off, she even called some of the officers, "crackers"! Can you imagine if a white officer called a black person the "N" word? Well, NMBPD filed a complaint against her with PCB, which was sustained. Termination proceedings were initiated, but the Director rescinded the termination and had her transferred from Intracoastal to Northside, where their black command staff can protect her! This is the same officer that had her police equipment allegedly stolen by her boyfriend, but didn't not pursue the case. We have Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach officers fired for racially insensitive conduct and their cases are subsequently tainted, but we don't address the same issue here at MDPD when the officer is black! This same officer has been admonished for other departmental violations and they can only progress from the looks of her course of conduct! Again, this is a problematic probationary police officer, where a double standard is solely being applied based on her race! This is not gossip and all of the information about this poor example of an officer can be verified via public records requests for her PCB and personnel file! Anyone with media contacts needs to forward this sad and embarrassing information to expose the double standard that our black command staff applies! There are some members of our command staff that are still scratching their heads on this one! Is this reverse racism? Well, you can answer this for yourself!

Well, someone ought to drop a dime at the SAO and PDs Office and have them drop all of the cases, where she was involved with white subjects! What's good for the geese is good for the gander!

I'm sure that they will accommodate her at Court Services and keep her out of harm's way! She will fit right in with the rest of the misfits there!

Where does the little general stand on this one? Is he so far into the mayor's rectum that he doesn't see what's going on or did they bypass him on this?

Actually your information is wrong. The director had nothing with getting the employee her job back. What happened is the incompetent command staff at the Intracoastal district didn't document any issues with her. She was never written up for anything wrong, even when she did something wrong they admonished her and kept it moving but they never wrote her up. On top of that when they fired her, they never even got a DAR from PMB which is part of the process. There was never a PCB investigation until AFTER she got fired after the dumb people at Intracoastal realized they went a little to far.

So this is what actually happened.

An incident did happened, a complaint was filed at the district not PCB. The major was advised of the incident once she realized the officer was on probation she had someone go to her house and pick up her equipment. She called her rep, not the PBA might I add who then realized the districts mistake and used that to get her job back. This officer got lucky!

I for one don't agree she's still here especially after that incident but, like always those wearing gold always think they know what they doing and they don't.

Don't worry this officer will eventually get fired, because she obviously don't know how to stay out of trouble.

And for god's sake get the story right!

I hate to tell you my friend, but there was in fact a PCB investigation, which sustained the findings of the incident at NMB. The complaint was generated by NMB, not the County. The command staff at the district had no say on this one! Again, a simple public records request will support the original thread!

No the story was right, if your going to come on here and be so nieve to the situation then please use common sense. That whole oops we made a mistake! Please how convienant that the right progress of action was not taken only the wrong ones and now she stays. CORRUPTION is blatant here, from the top down but who cares. What the media and those in office is about the Black Dominat Vote. CST is the flavor for the year till the cameras get installed. Let's see if the department uses its Facebook, Instagram, and Home Web Page to show the true interactions the rest of us none corrupt, hard working cops go thru day in and day out! But that won't happen, they'll be so busy looking for video on how to Fudge one and leek to the media to help their political friends desperate for votes. Wake up folks you lost, they won and theirs no turning back. Let's go after the white Hispanic Sgt stealing Gas, but let's not do nothing to all those that been caught "Stealing OT"and much more. Like the "POAT", "The Red Team", "Blatemt Bad Shootings", "Tag Theft", "DV Arrest", "DUI Arrest", "Drunk & Disorderly Battery Arrest", "Perjury on Offical Documents", "Thefts", "Sex Harrasment On Duty", "Sex On Duty", and "Collars For Dollars", and the list goes on and on. Feel free to continue!

Let's look at all those Fired, how many had mistakes like that done to them that they got their jobs back so easy! Bullshit, none look at Capt White, Fired, sued and won but battled for it and still battling the Magets who went after him in the first place. The Kendall Boys, and the Kendall Gas Girl, no mistakes their, PMB did a fantastic job on their paperwork. But when your special and have Done Special things then the story's different. Just ask the SRT guys, the Dui Guys, the DV girls, The OT guys, the PCB guys, the special GUys and girls we have here.

Yay face it that officer might be the Director some day, just look at the current one, an Ethics Violator in one of the biggest complaints ever handled by MDPD yet he's the Most qualified!

Please Folks stop drinking theoon Shine and stand up for yourselfs! They ain't going to do it, they going to hang and torch you alive to save thier skins and arses. Sell their Souls and watch you bleed out and Die, then come try and sleep with your Wife, Husband, or significant other. This place is a shit hole, getting worse by the minute but don't forget to shave, wear black long socks, and hair up!!!

And don't forget to treat those 39's like gold and the civilians like Gods! Blow them, throw them kisses, give them hugs, and if you can give them Gift cards donated by the anonymous Lobbyist Friends of the Unoffical Sheriff Of Dade County! El Jefe, the First Dictator of a U.S. County know as the "Banana Republic" or "North Havana".

Does anyone know when we getting that huge retro Check the PBA been fighting so hard to get back to Us.

I cannot verify some of the previous issues that were stated in the original comment, but I can attest to the PCB incident with our neighboring municipality. Sadly, they originally contacted for a district supervisor to respond to their scene to address the officer's criminal behavior. Unfortunately, a black female Lt responded and tried to sweep it under the rug. After seeing the obvious, they contacted PCB! The employee was subsequently relieved of duty pending termination and the Director stopped the process. She did use PLEA, but it was Unit 1's sole decision. Regardless, the facts speak for themselves. A white officer would've been fired by merely saying, the n word! Don't murky up the waters on this one! Defede will expose the jaw dropping truth on this one!
