The Captain and the command staff should be held accountable. The school has been an ongoing problem for years. Dont blame the deputies , blame the command staff. I have never seen anyone from district 7 command out there after school. They are all hiding at the district. You know the Lt’s have nothing else to do so there’s no reason for them not to be out there helping.

A Lt help road patrol in this agency? Now that’s funny stuff. Especially those two Lt’s they have working there. One is old as dirt better off staying inside and building district kitchens and the other one looks like he has Down syndrome. They aren’t helping anyone but themselves.

Any and every child with one disciplinary issue involving fighting, theft, bullying etc. should result in a mandatory order for parent or guardian to pick them up at school and escort them home. Nothing straightens out behavior like good old embarrassment in front of peers. Freedom as a minor is a privilege. If you show to be too stupid to walk from school to home without getting into a problem, then Mommy, Auntie, DCF or a mental health agency need to pick up their dumb azz. Police cannot parent kids and the failures of these parents has impacted the careers of cops who appeared to be legitimately scared and trying to get back on their feet as quickly as possible. One of those kids could have ejected a weapon. Only BAD kids show up at a park to watch another kid get beat up. This generation of parents, all demographics are brain dead.
Back when parents were parents, if you acted out ,let's say out drinking under age, the next morning the push lawnmower was waiting outside for you in the blistering heat. Nothing can make you reconsider adolescent stupidity like dry heaving last nights beer doing yard work. What a mess this county is in- a complete PROMISE mentality permeating all common sense.
