Drove past the PBA building yesterday. Warehouse complex going up right next to it. Construction all around and a dust bowl blowing dirt on to the street. The once modern and impressive building is now a shade of its former self. Walls that have not been pressured cleaned in years; overgrown weeded gardens and a fading paint job give it kind of a third world look. A true reflection of its current occupants. The only thing missing are a couple of old appliances up front and you have the perfect setting for a new season of Trailer Park Boys. The shame.

What you see is a total reflection of what is inside. The mold that runs (ha) the place is pouring out to the front of the building. Look, even the building isn’t inviting anymore. Like you wrote the PBA as we knew it is no more. The place belongs in a trailer park.
