The union should call her out. These fights are planned and organized during school hours. The school administration should be able to pass this info on to LE long before dismissal as the location of the fights are communicated over social media. The school admins sit in their offices all day and ignore disciplinary issues.

Go to your union and DEMAND that they put the blame where it belongs: On the administration of Broward County Public Schools. Runcie and crew have used BSO as scapegoats at every turn. The school principals HIDE information from law enforcement. They did this at MSD and they continue to put kids, cops and the public in harms way EVERY DAY. Enough of being reactive and being mobbed by a crowd of 200 plus. These school administrators are turning a blind eye and getting away with it.
