The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
courthouse is this: You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt
Not Commit Adultery," and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of
lawyers, judges and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.

For MIAMI-DADE, the court order is not listed as public record, for (on-line) view. due to Florida law relating to a homicide’s being confidential (non-public disclosure). However, the courts still have it on file.

The Tampa case number comes back to an Auto Negligence case with no relation to us.
The Palm Beach case is an open suit against us which I'm not at liberty to discuss.

What about the Miami Police case against Raul Iglasis in federal court a few years back, it can be done.

I believe this blog is a violence prevention tool. By coming here in an anonymous fashion and calling Juan Perez the Little General, a corrupt, suck arse, mariconcito de playa, we avoid having to tell it to his face; therefore, I believe serving subpoenas to prevent the exercise of the truth and free speech in this site could only lead to confrontation. By the way how are those Comstat meetingss going? Any headway on that video about JP’s emotional breakdown that has gone coast to coast?

I thought I remembered that case and I looked it up and it was the one that I thought it was. As I remember it, the FBI and US Attorneys Office contacted me about removing those recordings from the message boards, which I did. They then requested the IP address of the poster who was a former Miami officer who was recently convicted of felonies. The recordings were damaging to active Miami Officers.
I turned their request over to the owner of LEOAFFAIRS LLC at the time, who then worked with them. Now, I don't think he gave them the IP address. I think the Feds just made Iglesias and his lawyer think they had it.
I do remember a case where someone posted a threat to kill a FHP Trooper and we voluntarily gave up the IP address of the user. We went to FHP about that ourselves. They didn't come to us.
Now I will say again, as far as agencies trying to get IP addresses of people posting about the agency, other members, or open investigations, The 2nd DCA has ruled on that against Sheriff David Gee years ago without comment. This left nothing for the Sheriff to appeal to the Supreme Court.
