Thank you for the input Sheriff Chitwood. I believe I'll file that with FDLE. Seems the proper move on my end. I mean, you see the comments and they're publically displayed for all to see. As a matter of fact, they're actually a public record. I expected you to investigate the claims after being prompted and a record created through my email... Maybe I am wrong, I do not know all policies. I assume there is a clause. I actually hoped we could talk, like men do. I remember a time not long ago where you could approach the Sheriff to talk. Am I angry? Hell yes! This is my name I am defending and your deputy is using the color of law to promote his wifes political future. I would love to see him back on patrol. I wonder if he'd make it?

You will do it for a proven dirtbag (Juarez) and basically guarentee his settlement ($165,000). But the guy with a worthy cause who asks gets no service???

I do not trust VCSO and have amassed a large cache of records, good and bad, founded and unfounded. Records keeping seems to be an issue throughout. Honest record keeping is an issue. And for RP, I will prove that my meet was scheduled by a Shawn McDowell and not RP. And I was on my way to our meeting to talk and discovered pinac was not available so i enjoyed a steak.
