What are you referring to? Please elaborate... This place is at an all time low; lowest morale I have ever witnessed. All because of one person. When will the City’s elected officials see through it. It’s time for a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE!!!! It’s time for a leader who exemplifies: Honesty, Integrity, Credibility, and Fairness. We deserve it! The City does too!

Hate to break the bad news, but Fernandez was ousted out by the Chief and his criminal enterprise, the union. The Chief made an offer the union could not refuse, promote both the past president and the current one, while skipping a qualified and intelligent Sergeant. Smells like a typical and political case of quid pro quo.

All these young officers leaving to the county and elsewhere in the next couple of months hopefully will send red flags to the citizens, department, and City’s elected officials. It’s time to dig deep and realize this Chief doesn’t have what it takes. Our agency demands better, a true leader and person with integrity, intelligence, and fairness. The family and friends plan is eroding this place. It’s time for a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE! We need to all stand strong and united, if not it will only get worse...
